Throughout Development

We partner with small to medium-sized developers, local and overseas investors, SMSFs and Asset Management companies with the vision of investing $1 million to $ 20 million. Being a boutique development management and consulting group, we only take 2 – 3 projects in one year with a turnaround timeframe of 1 year and a minimum ~ 20% profit generation for the clients.

Just as an effective business requires a strong business plan, a new property development requires plenty of strategic thinking before construction begins. Crunching the numbers and analysing market conditions can ensure that you have a more accurate vision of how valuable your new development will be, making it easier for you to avoid any serious mistakes.

A comprehensive feasibility study not only provides the confidence you need to begin your construction work with accuracy and focus, these documents also help to determine whether your development will be a success or failure. This means that you can reduce your risk of investing in properties unable to deliver a return on investment.

Feng Shui is the ancient Chinese art of living in harmony with your home, your garden and your business environment. By the simple reorganization of your surroundings on the key principles of movement, light and order, a transformation in your fortunes can be accomplished. The Feng Shui practitioner arranges the home to bring “good luck” to these areas and to make sure the chi flows smoothly so that each area on the bagua map is nurtured and energized.

Combining Vastu and Feng Shui

Because it is rare for existing buildings to fulfil the dictates of Vastu alone, due to their design, orientation or location, many Vastu practitioners incorporate Feng Shui recommendations to help their clients achieve desired outcomes. Feng Shui has several different layers to enable supportive flexibility, offering practical solutions that overcome Vastu limitations. Connecting these two ancient practices creates a powerful synergy which produces exceptionally successful results. Our expert’s longstanding expertise in combining both systems has produced the most desirable effect for many of her clients without compromising their cultural lifestyle needs.

Is Vastu Necessary? – Sadhguru

Vastu is essentially a very basic architectural guidance. If you wanted to build a house a thousand years ago, there would have been no architect in the village. So, what guidelines do you use to build the house? In building any structure, the main challenge is always the span of the roof. How would you have built the roof? You would walk into your farm, look for some tree and cut it down. Let’s say you had a stunted tree which was only eight feet tall. Now the roof would have only an eight-foot span. But suppose you had ten children, so you built a 120-foot long room to accommodate all of them. If you build a house that is eight feet wide and 120 feet long, you would be living in a tunnel. Your physical and psychological health would definitely be affected. So they told you, if you have to build a house if one dimension is this much, the other dimension has to be this much. If you study Vastu, Vastu in the hills is very different from the Vastu in the plains. Vastu in Karnataka is different from Vastu in Tamil Nadu. According to the weather and the temperature, they gave some common guidelines so that you could build your house sensibly because there was no architect to help you. [Read More…]
